Founded in 1992 by Edgar Baiza, Sr., E&A began as a one-man welding operation built on hard work, integrity, and dependable service. More than three decades later, the company has grown into one of the Permian Basin’s leading oilfield service providers while maintaining the same commitment to quality workmanship and customer relationships that defined its beginning.
Today, E&A offers a comprehensive range of oilfield services, including welding, roustabout construction and maintenance, pipeline support, water hauling, trucking, equipment rentals, and specialized field services—all backed by experienced personnel and modern equipment.
