E&A Welding & Oilfield Service, Inc. provides quality services with a “Safety First” mentality to the Oil & Gas industry in the West Texas / Permian Basin area. We provide our services to a variety of exploration and production (E&P) companies as well as pipeline and gas processing companies.
Our company was founded in 1992 by our current owner, Edgar Baiza, Sr. Over the next two decades, E&A has grown from a one-person welding company to one of the premier oilfield services companies in the Permian Basin now offering roustabout construction and maintenance services, pumper services, pipeline installation, dirt construction services, water hauling and disposal services, and frac tank rentals.
E&A is headquartered in Odessa, TX with multiple satellite facilities strategically placed throughout the Permian Basin to offer convenient and efficient services to our customers. We employ over 250 full time employees and at times utilize up to 50 subcontractors. We maintain over 300 pieces of service equipment, including vacuum and pump trucks, heavy dirt construction equipment, 2 ton gang trucks with Auto Crane beds, other support equipment, and over 300 frac tanks.
